1. Pre-Kick-off Requirements

Before we begin, you will be asked to complete and return the pre-audit questionnaire and provide us access to your D365 system for a thorough check and assessment of your current ExFlow data.

2. Kick-Off

We’ll start with a 1-hour kick-off meeting to introduce your audit champions and set expectations. Then, we’ll hold up to four sessions (8 hours max) to understand your needs and challenges. Finally, we’ll document our findings and analyze any pain points in your current setup.

3. Findings and Recommendations

We’ll offer an optional 1-hour session to review our recommendations with your audit champion. Within a week of our last meeting, you’ll receive the comprehensive audit document for approval. We can also provide a quote for future work based on our recommendations. Your feedback is optional but greatly appreciated.
