A PAINFUL PROCESS

In 2020, Reliable Medical Supplies was manually entering piles of paper invoices one by one, line by line, with several AP staff to process them. The need for AP Automation peaked as COVID-19 impacted the business, forcing Reliable Medical Supplies to reduce their AP Department who were already stretched to their limits.

BUILT-IN TECHNOLOGY FOR INSTANT RELIEF

Reliable Medical Supplies was up and running with ExFlow built-into their Business Central ERP within 1 month, providing instant relief for Accounts Payable staff. In less than 1 year, their license was upgraded from 20,000 documents to 100,000 documents without any disruption to their day-to-day operations.

AP employees are now able to run financial statements much faster and are confident knowing the data is accurate and up-to-date. The cycle for end of month reporting has been halved, previously it wasn’t ready until the 20th of each month but now with ExFlow, AP staff have it ready by the 10th of each month, freeing up time for more strategic tasks.

Another major benefit noted by ExFlow users at Reliable Medical Supplies is being able to map everything. With 14 branches and 4 divisions, when an invoice enters ExFlow it is automatically coded to a branch based off the name on the invoice.
