THE COST OF MANUAL PROCESSES

Before ExFlow, BC Invest was processing their supplier invoices manually, which was time intensive and prone to human error. With 15 entities spread across Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and The U.K., data accuracy issues were starting to escalate, in particular with currency coding. In 2021, BC Invest recognised they “couldn’t afford to have manual processes anymore” and reached out to their Business Central consultant, Uday Shah, for Accounts Payable Automation recommendations.

Having worked with ExFlow for many years and understanding the benefits of ExFlow being built-into Business Central, Uday presented ExFlow and BC Invest went live in October 2021.
